30+ Days Before Travel Date: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

15–29 Days Before Travel Date: 50% refund minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

Less than 15 Days Before Travel Date: No refund will be provided.

2.2 Refunds for unused portions of a trip (e.g., missed tours or accommodations) are not provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 The following are non-refundable:

Deposits required to confirm bookings.

Cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.

Administrative and service charges.

4. Force Majeure

4.1 Refunds are not available for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

4.2 In such cases, we will work with suppliers to recover costs where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Refund Processing Time

5.1 Refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days after approval.

5.2 The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to trip cancellations or changes.
